Anyone can download this e-copy of the Batas Kasambahay as proposed by the Technical Working Group spearheaded by the Visayan Forum. There are many versions filed in the Philippine House of Representatives. Last March 16th, 2011, the Committee on Labor called on the consolidation of these different versions. This version is currently being proposed as it is believed to be reflective of the ILO Convention on Domestic Workers. Click here!
