The Visayan Forum Foundation, Inc., a Philippine-based internationally recognized and multi-awarded non-government organization is inviting young, dynamic and result oriented individuals to be part of its team.  We are in need of the following:

(1) Human Resource Officer (Manila Office - Urgent! Submit your resume August 26, 2011)

Graduate of Business Administration, Psychology or related courses

Has at least two (3) years of working experience in human resource management

Relevant experience in managing recruitment, training, talent retention and performance appraisal

Experience in designing and implementing organizational development interventions

Knowledge of local labor laws

Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills

Ability to work in a team

Adept in administrative work

Knowledgeable in MS Office applications

(1)  Training Officer (Bacolod)

Graduate of Behavioral Science, Psychology, Sociology or related courses

Has at least 3 years working experience in training, module preparations and training needs analysis

Good interpersonal relation skills, especially with women and children

Strong communication and facilitation skills

Strong ability in building interpersonal relationships

Knowledgeable in MS Office applications

Ability to work in a team

(2) Social Workers (to be assigned in  Zamboanga and Bacolod)

Holder of a Social Work degree

Experience in NGO development work specializing in children’s rights and child labor is an advantage 

Good in oral and written communication 

Computer literate

A team worker and able to work efficiently with minimum supervision

Preferably open to stay in housing condition

At least one (1) year experience in case management and handling of children and   women in distress

(1)  Lawyer  (Manila)

Has extensive work experience in litigation

Experience in NGO development work specializing in children’s rights  is an advantage

Strong communication and facilitation skills

Strong ability in building interpersonal relationship

Knowledgeable in MS Office applications

Ability to work in a team
