| We ask all researchers, statisticians and information managers
to help make the invisible visible, by considering the following actions. 1.
Conduct both quantitative and qualitative studies with working children and their
families, under the conditions of ILO 182 /Recommendation 190 using action participatory
methods by: - Developing an accessible and understandable database on
the issue.
- Determine the magnitude of the sector from national surveys.
If this is unavailable, work out its inclusion in national surveys.
- Document
perceptions of employers.
